A recent vacated trial for the Broncos ownership has got Denver fans in a frenzy. The trial, filed by Amie Bowlen Klemmer and Beth Bowlen Wallace against the Broncos trustees, has been vacated…leading many to speculate the team may be nearing a sale.
Denver defense attorney and Court TV correspondent Jeff Wolf discussed the possibilities last week on 104.3 The Fan with host Dan Jacobs.
“I think the only possible explanation is that they’ve agreed to sell the team,” said Wolf. “It’s clear they’re looking to wrap it up with a settlement, and the only settlement that’s imaginable…is selling the team, because I don’t think either side is going to agree to run the team.”
