Steps After Being Arrested:
- Cops arrive and usually handcuffs are put on
- You’ll be read your Miranda Rights
- From there, you’ll be booked
- An arraignment will be made
- A bail hearing will occur
Again, remember to ALWAYS contact a lawyer whether you have been read your rights or not.
